  • Good evening everyone! I’m finishing up day 3 at 1200kcal and 91g of protein! I think prioritizing my protein again really helped me feel satiated. Took a 45 minute yoga class but it was a pretty slow flow so I might end the night with a little walk, too

I love Yoga for the stress release and isolation that it gives me not only from my device but from distractions so every workout is a win and you’re winning right now. It sounds like your food Program is doing great.   • Hi everyone! My name is Morgan and this is my first DietBet. I started at 300lbs and I’m down to 180. I’ve hit a plateau and decided to put some money on the line to motivate myself lol
    My calorie goal is about 1400/day with 95g protein and I go to the gym 4-5 days a week
