My little one had a breakthrough seizure last night so we got home super late. I chose sleep this morning instead of a workout, but me and the scale have been getting along. So I’ll just weigh in tomorrow! 😊 hopefully everyone had a good month!

I did it! I feel like this next round is going to be harder though. I think I'm going to have to just suck it up and brave the cold for additional exercise. My dog will love it. Good luck everyone
