  • Welcome to Workout Wednesday! How are you getting your movement in today?

    I hit the treadmill this morning before work but I’m also going to get in a solid yoga session after work to help my body move better for me.

    Here’s one of my favorite bodyweight workouts just in case you need some inspiration! I love that you don’t need any equipment so you can do it anywhere!

My mom is in cardiac rehab after a massive heart attack in september and I got a gym membership at the centre she goes to so while shes doing cardio/and strengthening exercises, I am too in solidarity :)
