Ok, one week in. 4% in 4 weeks means 1% in 1 week. But that first couple pounds is always easiest, so you better be ahead of the curve.

What am i trying to say?

I agree 100%! Pushing hard the first couple weeks is critical to a good game! I use a type of Intermittent Fasting called Time Restricted Eating to manage my weight. For the beginning of a Kickstarter I stick to a 4 hour eating window. The "early" pounds always come off easier than when you get close to your goal weight, so a quick start is extremely important! Today started with a 2 mile jog/walk with my 4 kiddos. Tonight we have a hike to do with a group that I run. It's my active Tuesday and it's one of my favorite days of the week. 😁 I'll definitely be hydrating and fueling well all day.

Yes, they love it. They're actually why I started walking and finally after two months I can jog. We do 5Ks together as a family. :blush: We have one coming up in less than two weeks that we're training for. They always beat me, but maybe soon I will be able to at least keep up with them.

Omelets rock. Two eggs + veggies. I skip the cheese but never know how much oil to account for. Technically I can measure what goes in the pan but not all of it is in my food? Do I have to count everything I put in the pan?

Hey everyone! I'm excited to be here. I've done dietbets in the past and have been hit or miss with my success. I took some time away from the app to figure out the best eating practices for myself before putting pressure on myself to win a dietbet. I think I finally found what works for me and I've already lost over 20 lbs in my 100 lb weight loss journey. So, it's time to lock in and get the accountability side of things to help me go even further. I can't wait to actually win this dietbet this time around! ❤

What app people use to track calories nowadays? I’ve used myfitnesspal and back to it.

Setting 1000 calorie per day deficit. 28 days = 28,000 calories = 8 pounds of pure fat baby.

Ok maybe I need to increase that slightly.
