When is PST time?
If I’ve looked it up correctly I should be able to weigh in now before I go out?
It’s 6pm in Australia and the date is 6th Feb.
Can someone let me know if it’s based on CA time or is it another time zone?

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Feb 4 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

On my weigh in on Sunday, 1/19/25, I made my goal weight for this challenge. Can I tell you I’m over-the-moon excited?!?

See, my journey has been hard with going from a fitness instructor to then having to have two total knee replacements in 2023 and now working hard to give myself the best post-surgery gift ever: eating healthy, being emotionally balanced with this lifestyle change and losing all the surgical weight gain.

I’m not done yet! But this start right here feels amazing. I’m moving better, my mind is clearer, my energy is up and I’m so happy!

They are quest protein chips. Soo good! Added
Some shredded cheddar on top too! You can do some lean turkey taco meat as well if you have it. Then I do tomato, onion, and sour cream. But you can replace Greek yogurt with sour cream too.

Choosing not to weigh in but to go based off how my clothes are fitting. Being a part of a community and knowing that others are making healthy choices is encouraging for me especially when it doesn’t have to do with a specific program that’s getting you to buy their stuff!
