I’ve been doing Dry January too…considering continuing that in February.

Are you giving up alcohol for weight loss purposes or a permanent lifestyle change?

Mostly for weight loss and also to reset how much for the future. I do think I'll carry into drinking less overall through June! But I do miss wine.

  • Food tracking streak (almost). I am actually getting used to it! I've tried and dropped it a couple times last year, but with a pro version of one app - it scans a foto of a meal, makes it possible to track (+/-, of course) meals at work. Makes fun and I see how quickly calories do sum up to a big amount indeed, like a bill at a store

    Here’s what to know as we get closer:

    Initial Weigh-In Opens December 30
    Your first weigh-in window opens Dec 30 and is open until January 14. We recommend submitting as soon as you can to give yourself plenty of time to crush your goal.

    Bonus Accountability: Monthly StepBet Games!
    We’ll also be hosting monthly StepBet games throughout the Transformer. Each one is a 4-week game starting on the 1st of the month.
