I am so embarrassed to be starting this DietBet heavier than the start of the last bet. I gained back all the weight I lost plus some from Christmas Eve to today. I got that sugar craving back sampling all those sweets and went off the rails. I can’t seem to get back on track. It’s time to clean out the kitchen! I’m hoping this group will motivate me to return to all the habits that have made me successful in the past. Good luck, everyone!!

Thank you, everyone! I’m devoting tomorrow to cleaning it out! I was going to today, but we’ve been without power due to the strong winds here in Southern California and I didn’t want to be in and out of the fridge. I really appreciate all the support here.

They need to put snow shoveling on the Fitbit or apple watch as a form of exercise. That’s a lot of work. I live in Ohio and did the same thing. I was completely worn out. You’re right full cardio.

ChatGPT is really a secret for success. I used it to understand my calorie deficit, how many calories through exercise I need to burn a day, and for a workout routine based on my favorite movement activities. I hope it comes through and I’m able to win this one!
