Well, I didn’t make my goal. I’ve lost 6lbs since the start of the diet bet but was just shy of my goal weight. I’m a little disappointed in myself but still proud of my progress. Currently I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been at for almost 10 years, so still considering that a win in my book. Congrats to all who hit their goals, good work guys!

Struggling a bit…hit 2 lbs below my goal weight a week ago and am struggling to keep it off. Back up 1.3 lbs and my birthday is the day before weigh in. I HAVE TO DO THIS!! Not only for the weight loss to feel better but also because I can not lose the money!!

Happy birthday! You’ll be good! Just be really good on Monday and things will come out in the wash on Tuesday. I bounced up a bit after having pizza at an employee appreciation day thing, so have to grind today and tomorrow to make weight Tuesday too since I am a pound away at the moment after that.

Hello all. I have been on a fitness journey for the last year following the birth of my 3rd baby. I lost 60 lbs (!) over 9 months but have been in a plateau for the past 3 months or so. I finally started to see the scale move again the first of the year but lost focus and my diet fell off the wagon right before the start of this diet bet. Last week was so tough, struggling with sugar cravings and maintaining consistency with my deficit. Hoping to press the reset button this weekend and really dial it in for the rest of this diet bet. Thankful for this support and encouragement!

I try to eat things like beans, sweet potatoes and fruit throughout the day so I don’t end up craving sweets! The carbs satisfy me, and with a nice balance of leafy greens and protein I’m usually too full to overeat

Sugar cravings are SO real, Lindsey! Make sure you are getting enough protein and drinking plenty of water! When all else fails, try to distract yourself. Maybe start a new hobby, or go for a walk before giving in to your craving.
