  • No Joel, bear sidewalks are not fun.

Oh nice we have one too! We're lucky our city allows us to have 5 chicks.. we have colorful eggs everyday and the kids love it?

How many chickens are you allowed to have?

4, but we have 6. I think one is a rooster and we’ll have to rehome him. We’ll have colorful eggs too. We have 4 different breeds.

  • This morning, I had a visit to the doctor for my sick twins, so for breakfast, I made a shake in my Ninja Blast with 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop of whey protein, almond milk, water, and creatine.

    For lunch: ground pork on 3/4 cup of basmati Rice, half avocado, cucomber, bell Pepper, topped with some piri piri sauce ( brand: Fitcook)

    Training: Lift more SB week 3 chest (feeling sore already!!)

  • My last workout for a week! MORE LEGS✅

    I go in for LASIK eye surgery tomorrow morning and then I have to avoid exercise for a week after, so I’ll continue with my nutrition/fasting and hopefully get a long walk in everyday.
