  • Day 4 completed!! I'm working evenings tonight and tomorrow, so the biggest challenge will be resisting food cravings. I've brought a protein shake and plenty of veggies to help stay on track. ;-)

  • Only 3 days in and I feel amazing. Counting macros and calories really is the key for me… and no sugar, aside from fruits. Inflammation in my face is already gone and I’m down nearly 5lbs!

    *I’m 5’5” and started out at 141lbs.

I try to weigh food cooked if I can. But I know with some recipes you can’t because it’s all cooked together. Then I take the recipe ingredients and calculate the stats as a whole recipe and divide it by the number of servings.
