Took advantage of the warmer weather in Indiana today and managed to get chicken on a really good sale, so my husband & I prepped some chicken breast, skinless thighs, and pineapple on our grill! Yum! He also added BBQ to his & I paired mine with veggies. Love getting creative and cooking at home together to reach our goals. What did you have?
I want to focus more on good food choices/increased activity and less on the numbers on the scale. In the last week I have fluctuated 10lbs! Is this water? How can I track improvements if my scale numbers are so inconsistent? Feeling frustrated my starting weight is so much higher than I expected after winning my last diet bet.
Yes food consumption with added salt can cause more water weight! Yes always measure! Because all the scale is telling you is the size of the mass not the full picture! Be patient with yourself don’t stress!
