I'll start:
I'm Rhonda and I live in Northern California and I'm an artist. I've lost about 35 pounds (from my high weight) and have about 30 to go. I do low(ish) carb, intermittent fasting, exercise, and these games, plus other things. I try focus on the quality and quantity of what I eat and cook most of my own food.
