  • When ur period hits, and ur like, Dang went up in water retention weight.. gotta cut a bit more.. maybe at an extra walk .. watch my salt intake.

Day 3 done! ✅ Not so sure if I’m going to love leg days 3 days a week but we will see how that goes. 😂

Also, anyone else hit their 4% already? Just me? ? Unfortunately, my weigh in on Sunday was on the first day of my monthly “friend” so I was way up, thanks to the 5 or so pounds I always gain right before. But now I gotta maintain it for the rest of the month…but I want to lose much more than the 4%, so it’s a good start anyway! Maybe I’ll give myself a goal of 10% for this month. LOL!

What is the first workout for Monday? My pics are in review and I assume I'll get a separate email with the documents but I haven't yet. As long as I know what the first days workout is, I'll be good until I get my stuff. Thanks!

Do you have to be part of Bodi to access the workouts??

Elizabeth if u want to do the calendar that was created for this challenge u do have to have bodi but u can do whatever workouts work for u.
