Got my workout in this morning. Yesterday nutrition was okay. It was a rough day at work so I didn't eat much during the day. I tend to eat late night snacking especially after a stressful day. I was able to fight it off last night. So that's a win! Happy Friday!

One thing that helped me before was understanding that having a snack was ok. A snack has a start & and finish, like measuring out a bowl of popcorn verse sitting with a bag of popcorn and eating it mindlessly which I refer to as snacking and tends to lead to overeating.

  • I used to crush my Liift4 workouts, humbling to be a beginner again & not keep pace on mountain climbers (needed a break every 10-15 seconds) but- here we are! Goals to work towards. #bettereveryday
