- Woohoo. Final weigh-in verified and I’m a winner winner chicken dinner. These 4 weeks were hard. I did the 10 Rounds workouts and feel so much stronger. That first week I was literally in tears my body hurt so bad. Now I can do lunges without losing my balance and take the stairs so much easier at work. After I finish all 6 weeks of 10 rounds, I’m going to give Core de Force a try.
