Does any one else feel this way? Sometimes I feel like fat loss needs to be hard-feel hard and be miserable all the time. It’s weird-it’s like this unwritten rule that I just have etched in my brain. I wonder if that is my way of self-sabotaging. Yesterday, I felt really good-l felt full and satisfied and worked hard. My mind started running like “you will be up on the scale tomorrow” “definitely look bloated” “definitely gained”-these thoughts ruining what was a good day. I tracked everything, and did all the work-and still have these thoughts. The mental work it takes to stay in the fight is everything really. The mind is a funny thing, and the enemy is in my head. Working through all the things and talking myself out do my own crap.

Truth! Jordan Syatt is a great source! I agree! I’m on insta too! @Gurlme2005 if you want to connect

Sarah - When I get those unhelpful and self-sabotaging thoughts, I tell myself "Don't believe the lies your mind tells you." "Is this a factual thought or am I making things up?"
It's great that you've identified this... just keep working at it like you're doing. Eventually, those thoughts won't be as loud and you'll achieve the success you've worked so hard for!

Leaving for vacation tomorrow. A little nervous about it being the last week.

  • Happy Workout Wednesday!

Exercise is an important aspect of getting and staying healthy! And it's also important to get it done on days when we might think we deserve a break.

What kind of activity are you getting in today? Don't be afraid to think outside the box - all movement counts!

    - Dance party (one of my favorite ways!)
    - Jump rope or hula hooping
    - Cross-country skiing
    - Cleaning your house
    - Pickleball
    - You fill in the blank...!

    Let's get moving!

Back to the basics - simply walking! Been getting at least two 30 minute walks each day this week

Usually I’m not a poster but I have been feeling unmotivated. I did one these 7 years ago and it helped because I won’t lose my money lol. Looking forward to seeing the results!
