  • Snack boxes for myself and my husband, these have fiber and protein to keep you full. They're easy to mix up with different ingredients for variety. Ingredients: light cheese stick, broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, radish, turkey pepperoni, pepperoncini, pickle, and for dipping spicy hummus and Ranch seasoned Greek yogurt.

  • I got steps in doing chores today, trained legs and had slow cooked chicken breast with sugar-free BBQ sauce, protein mashed sweet potatoes (add fat-free shredded cheddar and 0% Greek yogurt) and coleslaw slaw made with low-fat mayo.

    Last week, we got this!

  • My husband and I made ground turkey cheese burger salads for lunch this week. Try these, they're delicious!

    Salad Ingredients: spring mix greens, seasoned 93/7 ground turkey, diced red onion and tomato, fat-free shredded cheddar cheese, pickles and banana peppers.

    For dressing I mixed Greek yogurt, dijon mustard, sugar-free ketchup, relish, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper.
