I do herbal tea like mint decaf green tea with healthy sweaters like honey then ice it. It’s yummy and I often add a tea spoon of chia seeds. Yum :yum:

I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.
