If you like corn nuts, drain some hominy and toss with salt and spices, bake or air fry using parchment paper. They don't get as crispy but still delicious and no oil needed

I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.
