Hey all, I’ve managed to weigh in at the heaviest of my lifetime (besides when I was pregnant). Very upset with myself, however I’m coming out of a shoveling back injury from which I was unable to be active for 3 months, so I’m trying to give myself grace. Here’s to all of us this next four weeks to put our noses and feet to the grindstone!!!!! Good luck all !!!

I injured my back four months after my son was born. I didn’t take the time and effort to follow through with PT, and now 4 years later I’m still paying for it! Don’t make the same mistake I did… Take good care and move ahead at the pace that works best for you! You’ve got this!
