You can be the exact weight and still win the round.

I definitely experience this on a daily basis! If you have a digital scale, they are extremely sensitive to even the slightest variations of surface fluctuations. What I do is find a tile that works And always place the scale back at that same point, that way at least I know it's consistent in that one spot and I can track my progress of going down!

I'm so close!! I've lost 15 lbs this DietBet and only have 2 more to go. I've already dropped 2 lbs this month itself. Sincerely hoping I don't bloat up in the last few days of the month.

What do you plan to do with your winnings?! For me, I plan to get my haircut at a 'nice' salon. It sounds silly, but I'm so frugal I have only cut my own hair twice in the last 2 years, and before that I only went to a Fantastic Sam's. I think it's time I treat myself!

I won’t be getting my money back this time, but when I won a transformer 2 years ago, I bought myself a really nice expensive pair of athletic shoes. I loved them. Definitely treat yourself to a salon visit!

Lauren, I am the same, cut my own and probably once a year! My son has a female barber he really likes, she cut my hair…something simple but cute. She only charged $15 ? I’m getting new Nike’s!!

I was 5lbs away from the goal, but then I went and worked my butt off (felt like literally!) in the garden yesterday, and apparently gained 2lbs of inflammation, lol. My rear is still sore and the scale is just taunting me. 😂 Going to have to remember to have my husband do the gardening work the last two days of this weigh in.

Very true! Never a concern here though... I am slightly excessively hydrated, according to my doctor. ?

The exact same thing just happened to me today (from a long day of weeding and a weight lifting workout the day before)!

  • Happy Wednesday! As Transformer players, you know this isn't always easy. There will be good days, and there will be challenging ones. The key isn't perfection, it's resilience. It's how quickly you get back up after a slip, how you adjust, and how you keep learning about what works for you. Every step, every choice, is progress.

We all have moments where we slip up. What's one specific time during this Transformer game where you felt off track, and what did you do to get back on course?

Brandie - That's totally understandable! Winter can definitely be a huge motivation challenge, especially where you are. So cold!! I'm happy to hear that you're getting back into your groove and are able to be active outside!. I'm sure that feels amazing! Keep going strong!

Tarahh - It sounds like you're in a tough spot, and it takes real courage to acknowledge that! I love that you're here on the page, that's great for your mindset. The fact that you're not going to give up is what truly matters here – that's the real spirit of transformation.

Focus on today's choices, one step and one healthy meal at a time. Every small effort adds up, and you've made it this far because you're strong. We're all here cheering for you in this final push! You've got this.

Mariele W.

@Tarahh I feel you! I'm struggling the exact same - this one has been really hard. Let me know if you want to be check in buddies or something!

I’ve had a good friend who was my workout buddy and running friend for over a decade. We bonded at first because we were both really slow runners. We had just walked the Bloomsday race in Spokane a week from last Sunday. On Friday, she laid down for a nap and never woke up. She was only 59.

Needless to say, I’m still in shock and just beginning to grieve. I’m really going to miss her. For now, I can’t even try to work out. I’m going to have to take of myself in other ways for awhile, like spending time with the girls in my running group and doing things to honor my friend.

That's so sad. I'm sorry for your loss!

Mariele W.

Oh man, I am so, so sorry to hear that. :( Do what you need to to heal right now. Spend time with friends, maybe do something nice for her family?
