So I am always sore after exercise. It doesn’t seem to matter how consistent I am. The soreness goes away after 4-5 days at which point I am typically about to start exercising that muscle group again. My husband chuckles because I’ll ask him to massage but can only handle a light touch. Besides ibuprofen anybody have ideas. Doing less doesn’t seem to be an option because even 10 reps of whatever exercise will cause soreness. 100 reps doesn’t seem to cause much more

Are we talking about squats/ other body weight strength training exercises? You can vary the intensity instead of the amount. Aka instead of doing a deep squat you do half squats. Etc.

I love my vibration plate for muscle recovery. I do 20 min a day, sometimes more when I really go hard.

I just weighed in. I had gone on a two week trip and tried to be good. Said no to lots of things I wanted to was fairly physically active. I gained 10 pounds. This is extremely frustrating.

I weighed a day early and it looks like I am going to be slightly over for the end of the game tomorrow. :( Sometimes the scale doesn't match the progress, because I am smaller than I was last week, got into a lower size of jeans and took my bra strap to the middle row. (iykyk) Anyway I'm sure I will lose this one but I overlap my bets so I will get it next time and with my procrastination habit, I would not have done as well without this game. I will console myself by packing up the larger size outfits for the thrift store and then shopping through my closet for everything that's one size smaller.
