I just got back from 4 weeks of travel- mostly vacation type stuff. I knew I gained some weight but WOW!! Hopefully it’ll come off even faster than it went on.

I’ve been putting cinnamon in my water - leaving it overnight - and it dissolves - making for a tasty drink - since starting - I haven’t struggled with my water challenges.

I've never heard of this as a way to flavor water!!! I've heard of cayenne and lemon juice but not cinnamon. I will be trying this, thank you!

After losing by just 1.5 lbs last time I’m off to a good start this time. I’m hoping to crush my goal this time to get back on track to reach my healthy weight by my birthday next May. That’s a bunch of DietBets and I need to hit my goals! Somehow I’m more motivated after losing!!!
