  • This is the first time I have finished a calendar in the set amount of time. I usually dont work out on my work days, but I pushed myself. I'm looking forward to 25-minute speed train. I should be able to do those workouts before work! 2 pounds below my goal weight as of this morning. Here's to a good weekend and winning the weigh-in on Monday morning!

I did all 6 workouts this week! Usually, I only work out 4 days a week and take longer to finish the calendar. This time, I am pushing myself, even if that means getting up at 4 am to get it done. Thanks for this group, Joel and Megan. It's the push I needed!

Day 2 workout is done. I was looking forward to 10 rounds legs since there were no Bulgarian split squats or step ups, but wow....I forgot how hard that leg day was. 🔥🔥🔥

Trying hard to dial in my nutrition and focus on water and sleep. I had my right hip replaced 19Feb and the left one 17Apr so I still have a lot of restrictions on movement, making any cardio basically impossible. Thinking of trying the upper body portion of Liift4 sitting on my bench, just so I can get Something done! Any guidance or suggestions are welcome!
