- Finished Day 5 this morning and so glad I did my workout pre-work today as it was a really, really tough day emotionally and behaviorally for my students and me. I wanted to eat my feelings, but I made mostly positive choices and air fryed chicken and zucchini and having sparkling water. I’m still going to hit my macros goal overall so I’m going to celebrate the small wins even though I did go a bit high on my fat intake today. I’m seeing a big growth in my food decision making in one weeks time and want to also allow for a continued healthy relationship with food
