  • Finished Day 5 this morning and so glad I did my workout pre-work today as it was a really, really tough day emotionally and behaviorally for my students and me. I wanted to eat my feelings, but I made mostly positive choices and air fryed chicken and zucchini and having sparkling water. I’m still going to hit my macros goal overall so I’m going to celebrate the small wins even though I did go a bit high on my fat intake today. I’m seeing a big growth in my food decision making in one weeks time and want to also allow for a continued healthy relationship with food

Yep! Trying not to think about the soreness too much and praying for no Bulgarians (I don’t think there are any in LIIFT4)

Same! Haven’t decided if I’m just going to do a 5 day workout and use weekends for just walking we’ll see how I feel come tomorrow morning.

  • Another day in the books and my legs hurt from my 5am workout! My nutrition is still on point though. I don’t weigh myself till Sunday mornings so hoping to see a little movement.

  • 2 hours at the gym last night (for my PT for knee replacement) Ineed certainmachines. I did a 15min Walk week workout with Lacey Green at my lunch time. I'm down 5lbs so far.

  • Day 3 mostly in the books! I almost didn’t get my workout in due to waking up late, but I powered through the shoulder/arms and logged my cardio chaperoning a school field trip to the zoo (logged nearly 14,000 steps today) with middle and high schoolers. Nutrition was good and I’m proud of myself for resisting the temptation to buy junk walking around the zoo.

  • Only 3 days in and I feel amazing. Counting macros and calories really is the key for me… and no sugar, aside from fruits. Inflammation in my face is already gone and I’m down nearly 5lbs!

    *I’m 5’5” and started out at 141lbs.

  • Meant to post this morning, but got my leg burner workout in (10 Rounds leg days are always brutal). Feeling really good about nutrition today and tried a new recipe of Turkey Chops tonight that was so good.

    Side note - I made skinny chicken enchiladas yesterday that were AMAZING and only 356 calories per one large enchilada.

    Healthy cooking and eating is fun! I also really liked Megan and Joel’s tip about how they adjust meals for the kids, but don’t have to cook two separate meals.

10 rounds lower body.. was a workout of Joel’s I have never done and well I freakin loved it!!

I did 10 rounds for the first time in January- March. I decided to try it after doing a few workouts during the advent calendar and loving it!
