I missed the first Q&A and cannot find it anywhere. When I clicked on the link earlier this week it just took me to YouTube live and not the one with Joel & Megan. Is there a way to go back and watch it or are we just out of luck if we miss it and cannot be there when it’s actually live?

I forgot how much I love working out with Joel and CJ. They are so much fun! LM SB W1: Chest-LIFT/HIIT done! Such a good workout and it just flew by.
I’ve had Shakeology for breakfast every morning for the past 8 years. This morning I’m finally changing it up and will have the Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl but substituting with Greek Yogurt. I love how simple the meals are in the Meal Plan.

You submit it through the app. Diet bet has an FAQ page if you're unsure how it works, but it'll have instructions when it's time to weigh in.

There is a link to a calorie calculator in the materials they shared. It is very helpful.

He posted a calorie calculator with all the information and you putting in your numbers in that, that’s what you get, but really watch those calorie calculators they usually under estimate your calories you needed for instance the calorie counter that he posted gave me 1150 cal which no human should eat in last year like a baby and I eat 1789 cal right now and that is my deficit

It has been recently made known to us that the DietBet game activity, including posts are viewable to the public for the first two weeks of the game. Obviously we want to reward those (and only those) that have paid the money to participate with the materials we’ve promised. We’ve removed the links for now and are working with the DietBet team to get them emailed to only those that have joined the game.
