HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF A PLATEAU?
I'm feeling a bit frustrated! I got down to 208 early on, but then got back up to 213! I have hit a plateau. I have been losing the same 5 pounds over and over again this past month! I didn't make this last weigh in.

Count calories. It's what I'm working on right now. Every bite, and drink. I am weighing on a food scale to make sure I'm on track. It has been the same for me. I was going up on the scale this last week and was like ok we need to dial in my food. Get enough protein and keep my calories where the need to be. I've been getting 50g of protein less than I need. So will be focusing on that for sure. Not sure if that helps, just what I'm doing in my plateau. Also if you are already doing this then just get your steps in and wait it out.

If you've got good habits, it's potentially your body making needed internal improvements that aren't visible on the scale and it will drop when it's ready for the next shift. But, outside that, I take my eating window smaller, like 4 hours. Nothing other than water, tea, and black coffee the rest of the time.

I'm very excited to be where I'm at right now with my progress. I'm down to my pre pregnancy weight for my 3rd baby! Huge accomplishment that I need to remember. Still have weight I want to lose though so we are not done yet! Congrats to the winners this last month! Hope that everyone that didn't win doesn't give up! 2 months left!

I'm down 13 from the start, which is GOOD...but I'm supposed to be about another 10 pounds lower! And 12 1/2 more pounds total to WIN. So, I probably won't win this round, but I WILL win in the end!

Danika, Yes my weight fluctuates in the morning I have been fasting all night. So that's my lightest. Then eating all day drinking water. Exercise all makes your weight increase significantly. Why it is best for weigh ins 1st thing in the am

I keep hitting a wall at this point in the month where I just CRAVE carbs. Does anyone have any good recipes for low carb, but crunchy food? I'm so nervous about reaching my goal!

Thanks, everyone! I found a similar crispy cheese snack and I LOVE them. I noticed that if I eat more than a spoonful of a carb-heavy food, I start going full craving. But if I'm consistently avoiding carbs, it's easier. Thanks for all the advice!

I’m out of town a LOT. Missed 1st weigh-in this transformer cuz I thought I had another day. Once period ends we have the next two days n I got the dates mixed up. BUT MADE THIS 2nd WEIGH-IN. I’m sure u asked the day staff at hotel cuz they sometime have a scale squirreled away. Things I’ve done in past is find hotel treadmill (exersize room). About 1/2 have scales. Check out a neighboring hotel, check for a near -by Health club (they will allow a free introductory visit), a 2nd hand store that sells scales n has mirror. I tried a department store but scales in box n don’t have a battery. I even shipped a scale to a hotel once - I asked housekeeping if they would drop off at goodwill (but I suspect they kept or sold). Part of their tip I figured.

I'm similar - have had over a week at the same weight. Still feeling great and hopeful to keep my mind in it for the full 6 months. Great luck with the last two weeks of Round 2!
