  • I made a very fun salad for lunch today!
    I'm so proud of myself for really clearing out all of the temptation, salty snacks and unhealthy foods in my kitchen (fridge and pantry!!) before joining DB this year. The only downside is that I think I'm eating more food and the quality of food is better aka more expensive, haha. Glad to have this group for motivation :-)

I've really enjoyed Chloe Ting's YouTube workouts and I have a yoga game for my switch that I've been procrastinating on trying. Maybe today will be my motivation!

  • Did a lottttt today already, and finally remembered to eat at 5pm. Made a fabulous 20 minute dinner of an air fryer salmon filet on a bed of brown rice, black beans, hummus, fat free feta, and parsley. Yum! Trying to follow my version of the Mediterranean diet and thrilled with my first meal!

Yes! I am on it this time! I was away in Brazil for my son’s wedding for the last month. I feel like I I am have been dehydrated for a while! Drank 50 oz so far today!
