I’m not sure what i was thinking when I signed up fir this challenge! I’m on vacation for 2 weeks and have no way to check in! Oy!

I am waiting for the referee approval, but I made it. Independently I am very happy because I had many many social events and I saw I would not even be close to it. I was mindful all the time and I eat and drink but much less and behave the best I could in between. And I did not want to lose two games in a row.

I am graceful to have good friends and a good social life. I am 1/2 a pound from my goal in this game at “risk” I have a dinner invitation tonight etc. Thank you all but I went to a wedding etc and I did drink eat and dance. But you have help me to keep focus in me and in the game. I think I can make it💃?

I am doing better than when I started, I just wanted to eat and I do not like to lose $ but here I am in my last lap not perfect but better. God me me the power to eat well do exercise and put myself first 🙏? and drink plenty of water 😇

Sometimes miracle happen. A friend of mine bought me a chocolate croissant and I didn’t eat it because it’s like an addiction for me. If I start eating them, I cannot finish. July 4 I going to a wedding and I’m going to drink and eat, but I will come back on July 5.

I want to be healthy and look like size 12 but I have been at the beach ?️ wine fish and ice cream ? need to change the game plan. Very difficult to dropped so easy to gained

I did not win last time but I loss weight and I gained right back plus :-( I out of control with ice cream wine pasta etc. 🙏? need incentive 💃?… I have a 4 of July wedding etc beach etc

I loss 4.8 pounds did not win but I am glad I did the game otherwise I would have eaten more at the rehearsal dinner at the wedding at the breakfast dinner lunch drinks everything. So I’m happy spite that I din’t win but I am happy that I lost the game and I am owne it .. I weighted ….and the show must go on…. Thank you own it ….I lost 4.8 pounds so I’m happy!
