Does anyone know if the weigh in word stays the same all day? I’d like to take the picture of my weight first thing in the am when I’m at my lowest but I don’t have anyone to take my full body picture as my husband will still be asleep. Can I take a pic of my weight with the word in the morning and then take the full body one in the afternoon or is the word gonna reset every time I go into the app?

Make a bunch of roasted vegetables and meat and get you a protein microwave cake .If you shop at Walmart they have them in the aisle where the box cakes are .

  • I know Ilana said doing this you’ll learn to love veggies. I didn’t believe her. But honestly I’m obsessed. I always eat raw at lunch and I’ll roast something in the air fryer at supper. It’s crazy cause at supper I can easily eat a whole zucchini and whole pepper. Where as before I never touched veggies. Anyone else eat their kiwi with the skin? Lol
