I love the Propel packets. My favorite flavors are Black Cherry & Berry. I do like the Raspberry Lemonade too but I have to be careful when I drink it due to GERD/heartburn.

This is my first time. I saw Lexi on Facebook yesterday for the first time and I was inspired to give it a shot. Got down to my lowest two years ago but bad habits and busy life just kept taking over. So now I’m trying to get my head back into taking better care of my health. Hoping this helps.
