Although it's nothing incredible, I'm excited to say I'm down 5lbs since last week.

So far I've only cut out sodas, high calorie juices, and cut my meal portions by 1/3.

This week I'm aiming to hit the gym 3 times a week for some resistance training and some light cardio(I hate cardio).

What are yall doing to shed the lbs?

Anyone else starting the post-partum healing journey? Baby boy is 3 months and I finally feel up to making some changes! My toddler keeps me busy, but I'm hoping some diet changes will help me make my health goals.

Hi all! This is my first diet bet. I'm currently class 3 obese and really want to lose some weight for my health but struggle to keep consistent and motivated, so hoping this will help. I signed up to a workout app too and managed to do half of the first workout, so it's a start!

That’s awesome! I’m starting at 315.5.
I just got a used recumbent bike. My goal is 5 minutes a day to start. I think I’ll do longer most days as I watch TV, but even a partial workout is a win at this point. This girl’s gotta get in shape! Good luck to you too!
