Can anyone help me with the macro calculator that they provided the link to in our documents? I input my stats and then press calculate but I don't know what I am missing here, I feel like I don't seen any kind of results anywhere.

You're right, Molly. That was my issue as well. Thank you!

  • Breakfast this morning is one of my go-to meals: a pancake bowl topped with chicken apple sausage, tomato, cucumbers, a little sugar-free syrup, and some yogurt on the side. Of course, coffee with collagen and half-and-half cream, too.

With just a week and a half left in this diet challenge, I haven’t lost a single pound. And honestly, that’s okay. I’ve always struggled to lose weight, but I thought it would be fun to try again and see if I could finally get the scale to budge—spoiler alert: it hasn’t.

It’s confusing because if you’ve been following me, you know how I eat. I don’t eat a lot of junk or processed food. I watch my portions. My deficit is low. And yes, I’ve heard it all: “It’s just about the calorie deficit.” But when you’re 62, it’s not always that simple. I’m eating the same way I did ten years ago, and yet my weight hasn’t changed.

If anyone has any advice or personal experience with this, I’d love to hear it.

Ive discovered I can’t eat like I did 10 years ago either. I’m almost 60 and have been hovering close to the same weight for a couple of years. It’s frustrating. I just got Megan’s “macro like a mother” and have been following it, and finally seeing progress. Increasing my water intake seems to be helping too.

Yes and they had me eat 1260 calories the first time and 1450 the second time and that is was too low for me .
