Also, I'd be curious what there is to say about muscle weighing more than fat with this challenge? Say I put on muscle from the workouts and that causes my weight to not go down as fast because that's muscle is adding extra lbs.

Unfortunately it's purely based on weight, which as we all know doesn't tell the whole story (muscle vs fat, retained water, etc etc), but there needs to be some sort of measure, and weight is what the game uses.

Does anyone know if you can reach your 4% weight loss goal before the end of the 28 days if that counts as a win? Or do you have to be at or under your 4% loss on the day the challenge ends?

It has to be when we have out last weight in . So no it will not count

You can reach it before but then you'll have to maintain it. Official weigh ins are only at the end of the game, at which point you need to be at least 4% down.

Unfortunately, the timeframe for this diet bet includes 2 vacations for me!! one the first week and I'll be in Mexico the last week! Anyone have any tips besides the obvious?
