I just want to say a huge congratulations to everyone who joined this DietBet with me! Whether you officially hit your goal or not you showed up, you committed, and you worked on you. That’s something to be proud of. ❤

For those who won your game AMAZING job! You earned that win through consistency, effort, and accountability. Celebrate it you did that! 🙌

And for those who didn’t quite make it this time please remember: the number on the scale doesn’t define your progress. You still built habits, found community, and proved to yourself that you’re capable of change. That’s real success. 🌱

This challenge may be over, but your journey isn’t. Keep the momentum, keep the grace, and keep showing up for yourself because that’s where transformation happens.

I have built bars still available if anyone wants some I’ll send them out as I get emails from you. If I sent you some already and you’d like more please email. I am pretty sure I got everyone the first round if I didn’t please email me isfrannyfityet@hotmail.com with full name and shipping address.

Xoxo

  • Last nights dinner. Thinly sliced chicken breast cooked in olive oil with green & yellow bell peppers, onion & tomato (+ seasoning) Then some zucchini made in the air fryer, with a side of sliced avocado and 1 tortilla.

  • Day 16
If I’m honest, the motivation isn’t really there today. And that’s the thing nobody talks about enough motivation isn’t going to carry you all the way through. It’s great when it shows up, but most days… it doesn’t. What actually moves us forward is showing up without it. Drinking the water even when I’d rather grab something else. Making a balanced plate when takeout would be easier. Going for the walk even when the couch is calling.. and let me tell you, the couch has been calling!!!!!

Day 16 is proof that you don’t need to feel inspired to make progress you just need to keep doing the small things that add up. Discipline > motivation, every time.

I have been working a lot on home improvement stuff in our home which has been a nice distraction to keep me busy and away from snacking. My gym routine has been lacking and I’m trying to get the discipline to lock back in, hoping tomorrow is a better day! I have been cooking meals at home so that’s a huge win. This was a cauliflower rice dish with chicken! I baked it in the oven and it was perfection!

There is no such thing as “Motivation”…it always comes down to dicipline.
Motivation is simply a feeling that often leaves as soon as it comes. If that feeling hits, I make myself react before it fades away.

Kristi R.

Franny, we love you! Thanks for sharing!!! You can do it! I’ve followed your journey for years!:tada:

  • Day 4 ✅
We all have that number in mind the goal we need to hit for this game. That number matters, but what matters even more is the mindset we build getting there.

Nutrition is the biggest player in this. You can’t out-train poor food choices, and every meal is either moving you closer or pulling you further away. But it’s not just physical it’s mental too. Saying “no” to old habits, choosing foods that fuel instead of just comfort, and proving to yourself that you can do this.

Some days the hardest workout is in your head fighting cravings, staying disciplined, and reminding yourself that short-term sacrifice equals long-term win. That’s where the real strength is built.

We’re not only working toward a number on the scale. We’re also building mental toughness, resilience, and the belief that we’re capable of more than we give ourselves credit for. Each bite, each choice, each day all of it counts.

Every morning I’ve been doing coffee with a Greek yogurt with a serving of honey bunches of oats! Perfect little meal before a workout.

I hope everyone is doing well and keeping focused.

Day 2 ✅
The hardest part is showing up consistently, not just when it feels easy. Every little choice is one brick in the foundation of the results we want.
A strong foundation means lasting results and that’s why we’re here together. We all struggle, but when we keep each other accountable, those struggles turn into strength.

Who else is staying consistent today? 🙌

I am working, going to the gym then grocery shopping! I’ll do a grocery haul later tonight on my IG @isfrannyfityet

Made it to spin class at 5am today. Motivated to stay consistent and lose weight. Trying to eat smaller meals with more protein. I’m trying to see what works for me, keeps me full and helps me to lose weight.

Healthier2B

It’s 1200 & I’ve already walked 5481 steps- I walked on my break, took the stairs multiple times instead of the elevator. I’m food tracking- planned last night & staying on track- avoided the chocolate bar :chocolate_bar: they are passing out at work to do the culture survey.
rosie g. accepted the challenge.
