Just to clarify, we do not have to have our weigh in picture on/by June 1st? It looks like we have until June 3? Then it says PST, so it’s that by 11:59 on June 3 PST?
Getting a little discouraged. I’ve been eating super clean, high protein, low carb, lots of veggies and water, exercising 6 days a week (HIIT, Pilates, spin classes, treadmill sprints and weights etc) and I’m not dropping at all. I don’t know what else I can possibly do to lose the weight. 😩
It wasn’t my intention but naturally ended up doing a 10/14. Starting with a breakfast after workout at 08:30, lunch at 13:00 and dinner at 18:30 and it works perfect for me. Not only to lose weight but primarily to prevent insulin peaks.
How is everyone who celebrates Easter planning to stay the course? I’m staying away from the candy temptation (for now). I typically overdo dessert on holidays so I’m planning to skip the dessert table in favor of a few small candy treats later today. Also squeezed in a quick workout and having a healthy protein and fiber rich breakfast before traveling to be with family.
