Anyone else gain weight while doing this?! Feeling a bit defeated after seeing ppl lose lbs. I know it’s probably muscle but dang it!

Yes, as you noted muscle weights more than fat so this could be a win for you :trophy:

I tend to have both water retention (plus slow digestion?), and also noticed that the weight was mostly flat once I started working out more earnestly and/or increasing the weight or number of reps I was working out with. Even so, during those flatter weight times, I feel significantly more physically fit and stronger.

  • Today's chest workout was a doozy! My arms were shaking so bad doing HIIT. It is really rude to do planks and push up after chest.

My arms were shaking so much during the core workouts I thought for sure I was going to drop my weight on my head, lol. That was a rude workout!
