When I wake up - I weight myself? Enter it. Then they send me an email with a work and I have to take pics??? But that means I can’t eat or drink until that happens…. How long until I get word?? Is this correct??

You’ll do it exactly the same way when you weighed in at the beginning. Go to the weigh in and you’ll get a word, take your pictures with the word, and submit!

Bites, nibbles and tastes can have you going over your calorie limit without you even knowing.

How often do you take a bite of the food you are prepping or serving yourself or your family? How often do you find yourself taking a bite of what your kids have left on their plate while you are cleaning up after your meals?

I encourage you the next time you are in the kitchen getting a meal or snack together whether it's for yourself or someone else, take note each time you feel like taking a bite. It's so easy to do and not even realize you are doing it.

If you find it hard to NOT take an extra bite, nibble or taste of food while prepping, chew on a piece of sugar free gum while you prepare your meal.

Just like everything else on your health journey, the more you practice a habit the more it will stick, so practice being mindful while you are food prepping for the week, preparing your meals/snack and cleaning up your and your family's dishes.

There is a link to a calorie calculator in the materials they shared. It is very helpful.

He posted a calorie calculator with all the information and you putting in your numbers in that, that’s what you get, but really watch those calorie calculators they usually under estimate your calories you needed for instance the calorie counter that he posted gave me 1150 cal which no human should eat in last year like a baby and I eat 1789 cal right now and that is my deficit
