I am so grateful for this challenge. I was not sure if I wanted to join because I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but have not been able to lose it. I workout, but nutrition has not been on track. Well, this has made such a difference. The scale has moved and I could not be happier. I also would have missed out on the workout calendar, so a win/win for me. Thank you Joel and Megan for caring about fitness and nutrition and sharing with us! I am also rooting for all in the group. Keep up the good work!
