Can anyone tell me where to find the Liift More Super block?!? Or is it just Liift More? Week one chest is cheat and biceps. Is that the one? Or is there a Liift More Super block that I should be looking for? I am so confused ?

I am SO excited for this challenge . I have hit a brick wall in menopause and my weight is just either static or bumps up. So this push and community is exactly what I need . And I totally love Joel and Megan !
