Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Jun 3 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

I don’t have a picture to post and I’m not sure I will hit 4%, but today I hit under 185 for the first time in over 7 years (right when I was first pregnant with my daughter). I need belts to hold up my pants, but my belts are now also too big. Something to celebrate as I’ve struggled to gain movement for years. Celebrating today and then I keep moving forward!

  • My day went a little off the rails yesterday. Took a break to welcome our newest little love 💙 My daughter gave birth to my handsome grandson so I spent the day snuggling. Back at it today.

  • When rest day involves getting a bunch of beautiful flowers loaded to head out across the country to be sold at stores maybe near you ☺ lifting, pushing & pulling racks [sometimes walking backwards]. It was an active rest day 🙌?🙌?

Cravings! ? Whenever I limit certain foods, once I eventually have them again the cravings for more come back strong - to overeat at that time and to want more of it going forward.

Even when I’ve tried to incorporate those favorites into my regular diet to combat a potential deprivity mindset, I still overeat them and want more in general. I hate to think I can’t have a slice of cookie cake here and there at a party, or have chips & salsa on occasion etc, but I do find anytime I let these types of foods in I spiral for almost a week before I can nip it!

I prioritize protein, and I hit my fluid goals, but I’m still frequently hungry.

Please send help, bc I LOVE enjoying my foods! :heart:

  • Post 12 hour shift dinner. Working 3 days in a row & staying on top of good food choices has been historically hard. I have all three days prepped & I am feeling positive about week one!

Can anyone tell me where to find the Liift More Super block?!? Or is it just Liift More? Week one chest is cheat and biceps. Is that the one? Or is there a Liift More Super block that I should be looking for? I am so confused ?
