I am thinking of counting calories again... Do any of you?

It's not my favorite thing, but I am feeling stressed and sick and tired of being my current size... I know that it works, but it can be a challenge when my everyday routine is disrupted.

Have you guys tracked calories before? Or, have you tried other methods of tracking? Can you please share your experiences with the group? That would be great! TIA 😊

I use my fitness pal too. I like that it’s free. I lose more weight when a track, but I dislike the time investment.
