  • I think I’ve only been 189 when I was pregnant 30 plus years ago! I know perimenopause has a lot to do with it but I’m making slow sustainable changes … it took me 4 years to get here it may take me years to get where I want to be again! What is everyone doing today for fitness? I’m going to walk on my treadmill with my weighted vest for 30 minutes and do some lifting with weights afterwards.

I already planned on treadmilling - thanks for the reminder to wear my weighted vest! I wore my ankle weights while vacuuming earlier for a little boost!

This will be my 3rd diet bet and goal is to kickoff 2026 with reaching my weight loss goal! These last few pounds seem to be harder to lose than the past 50. Anyone else in this same place?

Same here. Down 80 pounds and personal goal is so close 5-8 pounds to go and it’s hard to lose the 4% which I can do but keeping it off is hard once I reach the DietBet goal. I tend to gain a few after final weigh in. So will start this one and kick it up playing pickleball 2 times a week and hitting the gym at least 2 times a week.
We can do this.

Same here! Down 80 lbs and 30 to go... was down 90 lbs but December has really kicked my butt! Hopefully this challenge gets me back on track
