  • Can i just share this here? I joined this group to get that kick in the a$$ to get back on track with my nutrition. That first week i made sure to food prep and stick with it as much as i can. I already lost 5 lbs!! Like what the actual F!! I was not expecting that at all to be honest.

    I felt the need to share because honestly i normally don’t and normally hide in the shadows. But this felt like a big win for me and really want to celebrate it with you all.

Day 5 Arms ✔ took an extra 15 mins to do some stretching, I’ve been sore this week! Plan on adding a walk with the dog later today ??

  • My body is so sore!! Also Thursdays are just hard 😂😂. Too close to Friday. I pushed through and went a little lighter to help recovery.

    Also had two cute helpers that made core really hard

  • Got my first workout in! I forgot how exhausting Lift More was 😂😂😂. It felt great!
