  • Yesterday was like a perfect storm. I was wiped out after a long work day, hangry since I didn’t plan to be there that long I didn’t pack enough food and in comes my child begging to order pizza. So we ate the pizza and the breadsticks and the wings.
    Brushing it off because I can’t change it now but Im not letting it take me back either. Also was gifted this respiratory bug from my daughters (kids are seriously germ sponges ?).
    All that to say here’s my spread tonight to arm the army inside me to fight this shit! And SLEEP 😴 💤

I feel ya! My youngest wanted pizza last night as well, so we ordered personal pan pizzas and I was just mindful of what I put on mine but still enjoyed it. I’m calling it a treat and am making sure I make dial it in a bit more today. Sometimes you just have to eat the pizza!

We had pizza Wednesday night. I had two small pieces, added cottage cheese cheese and a salad. I stuck with my plan yesterday and weight went back down!

    Day 8 of tracking macros ✅

    I am working on my grocery order for next weeks meal plan. We are blessed with a freezer full of beef and pork, so I rarely buy meat at the store. What is everyone’s go to when it comes to buying ground turkey? The cheaper option comes in 3 lbs, should I just freeze the rest or brown then freeze?

  • Only 3 days in and I feel amazing. Counting macros and calories really is the key for me… and no sugar, aside from fruits. Inflammation in my face is already gone and I’m down nearly 5lbs!

    *I’m 5’5” and started out at 141lbs.

Nutrition Tip!

While you are tightening up your nutrition and cutting calories to lose weight, you may find yourself extra hungry. Adding extra veggies is a great way to bulk up your meals for very few calories and keep you full.

*Reminder! DON'T add extra butter, cheese, sauces etc. to your veggies because that will add extra calories. DO add some spices or hot sauce if you need a little extra flavor with your vegetables.

  • Wasn't sure I'd like the cottage cheese breakfast bowl, but it's pretty good. I am utilizing the portion fix containers as my measurement guide! Cottage cheese - 1 red, 12 almonds- 1 blue, apple - 1 purple

Trying hard to dial in my nutrition and focus on water and sleep. I had my right hip replaced 19Feb and the left one 17Apr so I still have a lot of restrictions on movement, making any cardio basically impossible. Thinking of trying the upper body portion of Liift4 sitting on my bench, just so I can get Something done! Any guidance or suggestions are welcome!
