It's like that sometime, isn't it? It seems like whenever I'm trying to lose weight, it's all I can think about! Just drink lots of water in between meals, possibly skip a meal? I do intermittent fasting, so I usually skip breakfast, which is fine since I've never been a breakfast person. It's also good for you. Maybe low-carb? It's really boring, well unless you like to cook, but it works really well at least for me anyway. Well, good luck! I hope you go forward soon!
