I know y’all don’t know me, BUT I just wanted to say awesome job to all that have already won! Those on the cusp of a win, YOU GOT THIS!!! Those who did not win, don’t give up!!! Try another round! It’s hard to adjust after the holidays. I struggled this round with over eating, but I think what saved me was WALKING!!! That and Dry January haha
I started to wear a pedometer and made a goal of 5,000 steps a day, OR 35,000 a week. Some days were harder than others to meet the goal. Especially when it snowed and rained. Every evening while watching TV after dinner, I’d start walking in place and on commercials would take a lap around the house or up and down the stairs to meet my goal. It’s certainly helped me build stamina and energy. 5,000 is starting to get easier though. I wonder if it’s time to up the limit?
