I lost 7.2 pounds, met my goal, and more, I am so happy. Yesterday was a challengeable day because we celebrated two wonderful occasions: my sister's birthday and my niece's graduation from her Master's degree in Education.
As you can imagine, we had to go out to celebrate. I'm very proud of myself since I was able to taste, although in limited quantities. I knew I had to weigh this morning. I had a lovely dinner with my family while staying within my calorie deficit, and I am so happy to meet my target. This was one of the best choices I made. I will keep going because my objective is to lose four more pounds and gain more muscle. Good luck everyone!! :)

Hello, Susan. I'm not going to join in any games; instead, I'll wait for Joel's next program, which will be released on BODi on June 10th. It's called "Sped training," and it's an 8-week strength plan that I'll continue to combine with my healthy eating routines. For the next week or so, I'll just keep completing the workouts from Lift More Super Blocks until the new program launches.

  • And I did it.. this HIIT was a super cardio workout and I noticed that my push ups got much better and I got stronger.. just need to figure out if we should weight tomorrow June 1st or Monday… anybody would like to clarify that for me :)?? This was an awesome month and I am so proud of myself for doing every week 6 workouts plus more than 10,000 steps per day .. plus cycling for 20 mnts… my nutrition got every day better and better and my cravings were lesser and lesser.. yeeeee !!! ;)

Hi everyone, I just need clarification,, so do we weight tomorrow June 1st or do we weight until June 2nd which is Monday?? This challenge said May 5th to June 1st… I did also paid the extra 5 dollars which we weight every Wednesday.. which now I think I shouldn’t but too late for that !! Just want to know a bit more so I know what to do tomorrow early.. Thank you in advance. :)

Hello good morning, just wanted to ask a quick question, I took my progress pictures this morning but I forgot the detail about writing a word in a piece of paper and place it next to the scale. I was getting myself ready to go to work and I totally forgot. Can I still send the progress pictures like that? I completely forgot to do this last Wednesday and I didn’t want to forget this time but forgot that detail. I can’t do it once I am back because it says that I have to weight the same time I did it the first time. If I do it when I am done working my weight would be different because of breakfast and lunch. Thank you .

Day 3 Done plus 30 mnts of Cycling… food today was good… still doing my best to eat the calories I have to eat.. the cottage cheese with everything else was delicious.. very interesting flavor… I didn’t had chicken for today so I substituted it with steak.. and of course the spaghetti and lettuce instead of kale.. but with hot salsa.. everything was so good.. ;)

  • Lower body Done… plus one hour fast walk in the park with hubby.. Still not get the macro part so I decided to follow the containers and the nutrition plan from 21 fix program.. it tells me how much amount of food I need to eat using the containers in order to lose weight …that helped me before and it’s way easier for me… I will follow some of the recipes too .. I like to cook things easy, fast and not so complicated with a lot of ingredients, and the recipes work perfect…. It’s a matter of practice .. ;)

Day 1 DONE…Chest plus 20 minutes cycling … I’m still trying to figure out how many calories I should take per day… but I do have an idea on the portions I have to eat.. but I’ll do my research tonight.. about the macro calculator… I try it but I still don’t understand.. so I’ll just concentrate in my meals and my calories for now… ;)

Nutrition Tip!

While you are tightening up your nutrition and cutting calories to lose weight, you may find yourself extra hungry. Adding extra veggies is a great way to bulk up your meals for very few calories and keep you full.

*Reminder! DON'T add extra butter, cheese, sauces etc. to your veggies because that will add extra calories. DO add some spices or hot sauce if you need a little extra flavor with your vegetables.
