  • Amanda S, if you don’t already do it, consider tracking your gains/losses. I started tracking my fluctuations this month and it’s been helpful. I was only giving myself credit for “new” weight loss days, which would only be a handful of days per month. This reminds me that I am moving forward, even if I have days of gain. Green is loss, pink is gain, yellow is no change. I’ve seen different variations of it - I’ll have to find one I like for next month.

  • Breakfast this morning. Cloud bread cinnamon rolls with berries on top. I am a little confused by the scale the last 2 days but I am trying not to get discouraged and stick with the process. For me part of why I struggle with checking my weight daily is because I can get discouraged easily and with this challenge it feels more intensified to see the weight go down. Looking to keep a positive mindset moving forward!

For date night this Friday I intend to order the lamb chops with a side of roasted veggies. I don’t know why but I always find restaurant roasted veggies to be so much more tasty then roasted veggies at home.

I used iceberg lettuce and followed the directions. The only thing I changed was the type of tomato I used. I used cherry tomatoes.

No I think these are pre set and no one is checking the comments at all. All the links have been broken! Not a great diet bet at all compared to the last one, and it was advertised on Ilana insta that there would be calls!

I need to keep my tracker out in the open to remember to write in it! I have no trouble being honest with myself but when I write it all down at the end of the day, I often second guess myself.

I am so proud of myself, I had a WLW!! I actually didn’t even really struggle with snacking this weekend like I was worried about. Even had my parents over and managed to avoid having any alcohol drinks with them but allowed myself to enjoy one of my mom’s homemade protein cookies and still had weight loss!

I rewatched this today because I did a lot of sense hunger eating yesterday. Today I will be more mindful and track the type of hunger if I’m nibbling.

  • Woke up to weight loss! Inspired to keep going and working on my mindset. 5 pounds to go…can I do it?! Ugh. Got in my extra credit workout, 2 bottles of water already down. 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, cheese, extra credit veggies, whole grain high fiber and protein English muffin, tea, water, supplements, and low sugar ketchup, cheese, and butter has accessories! Let’s get it, Wednesday!

I found the videos on the bodi app. Search 2b mindset super block, click join, and choose a video. It didn't cost me more to join the super block, but I already have bodi. So not sure if you can access if you don't already have a membership. I hope this helps.
